DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 534. [290cc–34] DEFINITIONS. For purposes of this part: (1) Eligible homeless individual.—The term “eligible homeless individual” means an individual described in section 522(a). (2) Homeless individual.—The term “homeless individual” has the meaning given such term in section 330(h)(5). (3) State.—The term “State” means each of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. (4) Substance use disorder services.—The term “substance use disorder services” has the meaning given the term “substance abuse services” in section 330(h)(5)(C).
