SEC. 1952. [300x–62] AVAILABILITY TO STATES OF GRANT PAYMENTS. Any amounts paid to a State for a fiscal year under section 1911 or 1921 shall be available for obligation and expenditure until the end of the fiscal year following the fiscal year for which the amounts were paid.
