SEC. 808. [49 U.S.C. 40128 note] METHODOLOGIES USED TO ASSESS AIR TOUR NOISE. Any methodology adopted by a Federal agency to assess air tour noise in any unit of the national park system (including the Grand Canyon and Alaska) shall be based on reasonable scientific methods.
