regulations Sec. 1014. [50 U.S.C. 3204] (a) In General.—The Secretary of Defense and the Director of National Intelligence shall jointly prescribe regulations to carry out the Foreign Languages Program. (b) Elements of the Intelligence Community.—The head of each covered element of the intelligence community shall prescribe regulations to carry out sections 1012 and 1013 with respect to that element including the following: (1) Procedures to be utilized for the acceptance of voluntary services under section 1013. (2) Procedures and requirements relating to the installation of equipment under section 1013(f).
