SEC. 1031. [50 U.SC. 3227] TRANSFER DATE. In this subtitle, the term “transfer date” means the date on which the National Intelligence University is transferred from the Defense Intelligence Agency to the Director of National Intelligence under section 5324(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116–92).
