[DETERMINATION OF PRICE SUPPORT LEVEL] Sec. 303. [7 U.S.C. 1449] In determining the level of price support for any nonbasic agricultural commodity under this title, particular consideration shall be given to the levels at which the prices of competing agricultural commodities are being supported.
