SEC. 502. [7 U.S.C. 1462] DEFINITIONS. For purposes of this title: (1) County committee.—The term “county committee” means the county committee established under section 8(b) of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act (16 U.S.C. 590h(b)) for the county in which the farm is administratively located. (2) Oilseed.—The term “oilseed” means a crop of soybeans, sunflower seed, rapeseed, canola, safflower, flaxseed, mustard seed, or, if designated by the Secretary, other oilseeds. (3) Program crop.—The term “program crop” means a crop of wheat, corn, grain sorghums, oats, barley, upland cotton, or rice.
