SEC. 111. ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE AUTHORITIES TO COMBAT HIV AND AIDS.
(a) [Section 111(a) amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 by inserting new paragraphs (4)–(5) at the end of section 104(c).]
