REPORTS TO CONGRESS.
SEC. 1805. REPORTS TO CONGRESS.
Within 3 years after the date of the enactment of this title, and at least once every 3 years thereafter, the Secretary shall report to the Congress on progress under this chapter. The 5th report submitted under this section shall contain recommendations of the Secretary for the reauthorization of the program and Fund under this title.[42 U.S.C. 2297gā4]
