Transfer of Property.—
Sec. 241. Transfer of Property.—Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to repeal, modify, amend, or alter the provisions of section 9(a) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1946, as heretofore amended.[42 U.S.C 2015]
