administrative procedure act Sec. 606. The provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act shall be applicable to the issuance, amendment, or rescission of any rules or regulations, or any adjudication, authorized or required pursuant to the provisions of this Act.[29 U.S.C. 526] Enacted September 14, 1959, P.L. 86–257, title VI, sec. 606, 73 Stat. 540.
