Project and Program Evaluation.—
Sec. 125. [22 U.S.C.
2151w] Project and Program Evaluation.—(a) The Administrator of the agency primarily responsible for administering this part is directed to improve the assessment and evaluation of the programs and projects carried out by that agency under this chapter. The Administrator shall consult with the appropriate committees of the Congress in establishing standards for such evaluations.
