Sec. 466. [22 U.S.C. 2276] Definitions.—For the purposes of this chapter, the term “Central American countries” includes Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and regional programs which benefit such countries.
