FUNDING ALLOTMENT.

SEC. 2241. [20 U.S.C. 6671] FUNDING ALLOTMENT. From the funds reserved under section 2201(4), the Secretary— (1) shall use not less than 74 percent to carry out activities under section 2242; (2) shall use not less than 22 percent to carry out activities under section 2243; (3) shall use not less than 2 percent to carry out activities under section 2244; and (4) may reserve not more than 2 percent to carry out activities under section 2245.
