SEC. 4505. [20 U.S.C. 7245] FAMILY ENGAGEMENT IN INDIAN SCHOOLS. The Secretary of the Interior, in consultation with the Secretary of Education, shall establish, or enter into contracts and cooperative agreements with, local tribes, tribal organizations, or Indian nonprofit parent organizations to establish and operate family engagement centers.
