SEC. 1605. [34 U.S.C. 10365] DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS. The Federal share of a grant made under this part may not exceed 75 percent of the total costs of the project described in the application submitted under section 1602(a) for the fiscal year for which the project receives assistance under this part.
