SEC. 243. [42 U.S.C. 12163] CONFORMANCE OF ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS. Accessibility standards included in regulations issued under this part shall be consistent with the minimum guidelines issued by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under section 504(a) of this Act.
