DEFINITION OF SECRETARIES.
SEC. 3. [16 U.S.C. 558b] DEFINITION OF SECRETARIES.
In this Act, the term “Secretaries” means each of—
(1) the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service; and
(2) the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
