INCIDENTAL EXPENSES.
SEC. 5. [16 U.S.C. 558d] INCIDENTAL EXPENSES.
The Secretaries are authorized to provide for incidental expenses, such as transportation, uniforms, lodging, training, equipment, and subsistence.
