AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 509. [16 U.S.C. 1423h] AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) In General.—There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the functions and responsibilities of the Secretary under this title and the Agreement $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010. (b) Commission.—There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out functions and responsibilities of the United States Section $150,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010. (c) Alaskan Cooperative Management Program.—There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this title and the Agreement in Alaska $150,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
