DEFINITION OF COVERED SCHOOL.
SEC. 206. DEFINITION OF COVERED SCHOOL.
In this title, the term “covered school” means an elementary school or secondary school (as such terms are defined in section 8101 of the
Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) or an institution of higher education.
