reporting requirements Sec. 113. [42 U.S.C. 5313] (a) Not later than 180 days after the close of each fiscal year in which assistance under this title is furnished, the Secretary shall submit to the Congress a report which shall contain— (1) a description of the progress made in accomplishing the objectives of this title; (2) a summary of the use of such funds during the preceding fiscal year; (3) with respect to the action grants authorized under section 119, a listing of each unit of general local government receiving funds and the amount of such grants, as well as a brief summary of the projects funded for each such unit, the extent of financial participation by other public or private entities, and the impact on employment and economic activity of such projects during the previous fiscal year; and (4) a description of the activities carried out under section 108. (b) The Secretary is authorized to require recipients of assistance under this title to submit to him such reports and other information as may be necessary in order for the Secretary to make the report required by subsection (a).
