SHORT TITLE AND DEFINITIONS
SHORT TITLE AND DEFINITIONS
Sec. 1. (a) This Act may be cited as the “Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974”.
(b) In this Act:
(1) The term “Department” means the Department of Energy.
(2) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Energy.
