SEC. 3306. [50 U.S.C. 98d note] RESTRICTION ON DISPOSAL OF MANGANESE FERRO. (a) Temporary Quantity Restrictions.—During fiscal years 2002 through 2005, the disposal of manganese ferro in the National Defense Stockpile may not exceed the following quantities: (1) During fiscal year 2002, 25,000 short tons of all grades of manganese ferro. (2) During fiscal year 2003, 25,000 short tons of high carbon manganese ferro of the highest grade. (3) During each of the fiscal years 2004 and 2005, 50,000 short tons of high carbon manganese ferro of the highest grade. (b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 3304 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (Public Law 104–106; 110 Stat. 629) is repealed.
