authorization of appropriations Sec. 208. There are authorized to be appropriated— (1) not to exceed $40,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1979 and 1980 to carry out section 207 (relating to State utility regulatory assistance); (2) not to exceed $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1979 and 1980 to carry out section 205 (relating to State offices of consumer services); and (3) not to exceed $8,000,000 for the fiscal year 1979 and $10,000,000 for the fiscal year 1980 to carry out section 204(1)(B) (relating to innovative rate structures).
