SEC. 825. [25 U.S.C. 1680o] AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act for fiscal year 2010 and each fiscal year thereafter, to remain available until expended.
