SEC. 7401. [7 U.S.C. 3319f note] SUBTITLE DEFINITIONS.
In this subtitle:
(1) Department.—The term “Department” means the Department of Agriculture.
(2) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture.
