Sec. 209. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall consolidate, to the maximum extent practicable, licenses and licensing procedures under amendments made by this title with licenses and licensing procedures under other authorities contained in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.[42 U.S.C. 2113 nt]
