SEC. 143. CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. (a) Administrator.—Title II of the Energy Conservation and Production Act is amended by striking out “Administrator” in each place it appears and substituting “Secretary”. Section 202(1) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act is amended to read as follows: “(b) Definition.— “(1) The term ‘Secretary’ means the Secretary of Energy.” .
