SEC. 302. AMENDMENT TO THE ENERGY POLICY AND CONSERVATION ACT. (a) Amendment to Title III.—[Amends title III of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act which appears in this compilation.] (b) Table of Contents.—[Amends the table of contents for such title III.] (c) Severability.—If any provision of this title or the application thereof to any person or circumstances be held invalid, the provisions of other sections of this title and their application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
