SEC. 623. REPORT ON COORDINATION OF ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAMS. Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this section, the Secretary of Energy shall submit to the Congress a report on the coordination of Federal energy conservation programs involving State and local government.[42 U.S.C. 6321 note]
