SEC. 563. PHOTOVOLTAIC ENERGY PROGRAM. There is hereby established a photovoltaic energy commercialization program for the accelerated procurement and installation of photovoltaic solar electric systems for electric production in Federal facilities.[42 U.S.C. 8272]
