AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
SEC. 751. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 1979 $11,900,000, to carry out the provisions of this Act (other than provisions for which an appropriations authorization is otherwise expressly provided in this Act) and section 2 of the Energy Supply and Environmental Coordination Act of 1974.[42 U.S.C. 8461]
