transfer from the interstate commerce commission Sec. 306. Except as provided in title IV, there are hereby transferred to the Secretary such functions set forth in the Interstate Commerce Act and vested by law in the Interstate Commerce Commission or the Chairman and members thereof as relate to transportation of oil by pipeline.[42 U.S.C. 7155]
