Sec. 207. The functions of the Comptroller General of the United States under section 12 of the Federal Energy Administration Act of 1974 shall apply with respect to the monitoring and evaluation of all functions and activities of the Department under this Act or any other Act administered by the Department.[42 U.S.C. 7137]
