Sec. 658. The Secretary of the Interior shall submit to the Congress not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act, a report on the organization of the leasing operations of the Federal Government, together with any recommendations for reorganizing such functions may deem necessary or appropriate.[42 U.S.C. 7268]
