CONSULTATIONS WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF DOMESTIC INTERESTS.
SEC. 417. CONSULTATIONS WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF DOMESTIC INTERESTS.
In carrying out the functions for which responsible under this title, the Trade Representative and the Secretary concerned shall solicit technical and policy advice from the committees, established under section 135 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2155), that represent the interests concerned, and may solicit advice from appropriate State agencies and private persons.[19 U.S.C. 2547]
