presidential transmittal Sec. 1011. On or before October 1, 1982, and annually thereafter, the President shall transmit to the Congress all pertinent public information relating to minerals in Alaska gathered by the United States Geological Surveys, Bureau of Mines, and any other Federal agency.[16 U.S.C. 3151]
