authorization of appropriations for counterterrorism activities of the federal bureau of investigation Sec. 104. In addition to the amounts authorized to be appropriated under section 101(9), there is authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1983 the sum of $12,125,000 for the conduct of the activities of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to counter terrorism in the United States.
