report Sec. 670F. Within three years after the date of enactment of this subchapter, the Secretary shall prepare and transmit to the Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources and the House Committee on Education and Labor a report concerning the activities conducted by the States with amounts provided under this subchapter.[42 U.S.C. 9876]
