Sec. 212. The provisions of this title are subject to section 8 and shall not apply to facilities that are used for the disposal of high-level radioactive waste, low-level radioactive waste, transuranic waste, or spent nuclear fuel resulting from atomic energy defense activities.[42 U.S.C. 10192]
