SEC. 5. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated, to carry out this Act $9,500,000 for fiscal year 1995. None of the sums authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1995 may be used to create additional regional offices.[42 U.S.C. 1975c]
