CERCLA AND ADMINISTRATOR.
SEC. 2. CERCLA AND ADMINISTRATOR.
As used in this Act—
(1) CERCLA.—The term “CERCLA” means the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.).
(2) Administrator.—The term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
