SEC. 209. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Commission such sums as may be necessary. Amounts appropriated under this section shall remain available until the day on which the Commission terminates under section 208.[42 U.S.C. 285g note]
