SEC. 424. [6 U.S.C. 234] PRESERVATION OF TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION AS A DISTINCT ENTITY. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Transportation Security Administration shall be maintained as a distinct entity within the Department.
