SEC. 316. ANTI-TERRORIST FORFEITURE PROTECTION. [Subsections (a) through (c) repealed by section 406(b)(2) of Public Law 109–177] (d) Technical Correction.—Section 983(i)(2)(D) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting “or the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.)” before the semicolon.
