SEC. 821. [49 U.S.C. 44903 note] REIMBURSEMENT OF AIR CARRIERS FOR CERTAIN SCREENING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES. The Secretary of Homeland Security, subject to the availability of funds (other than amounts in the Aviation Trust Fund) provided for this purpose, shall reimburse air carriers and airports for— (1) the screening of catering supplies; and (2) checking documents at security checkpoints. * * * * * * *
