SEC. 313. MODIFICATION OF SUNSET OF APPLICATION OF SANCTIONS LAWS TO INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITIES. (a) Modification.—Section 905 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 441d) is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.—The table of contents for that Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 905.
