DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 201. [42 U.S.C. 4011 note] DEFINITIONS. In this title, the following definitions shall apply: (1) Director.—The term “Director” means the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. (2) Flood insurance policy.—The term “flood insurance policy” means a flood insurance policy issued under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. et seq.). (3) Program.—The term “Program” means the National Flood Insurance Program established under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4001 et seq.).
