SEC. 1401. [10 U.S.C. 113 note] PRESERVATION OF TITLE TO SUNKEN MILITARY CRAFT AND ASSOCIATED CONTENTS. Right, title, and interest of the United States in and to any United States sunken military craft— (1) shall not be extinguished except by an express divestiture of title by the United States; and (2) shall not be extinguished by the passage of time, regardless of when the sunken military craft sank.
